The Rotorua lakes offer some of the best trailer yacht cruising in New Zealand.

Clean fresh water, concrete ramps, jetties, car parking and deep safe water.

 

The lakes are covered by 24 hour Marine VHF services, supplied by Coastguard on VHF Channel 02 (note there is limited or no channel 16 coverage). Make trip reports to Coastguard Radio on Channel 02
